The basic Heal Your Life (R) philosophy is :

TWO DAY INTENSIVE HYL WORKSHOP
(9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. each day)
This workshop can serve as "stepping stone" on your pathway to self-discovery. You will be gently and skilfully guided toward a realisation of your own power, inner wisdom and strengths which will help you to achieve the life of joy,happiness, prosperity and health your deserve.
This workshop gives participants an intensive format to learn the basic points of Louise's philosophy, to develop awareness of negative beliefs, to release old emotions, to love themselves more fully and practice the techniques for changing their lives. This transformational two day workshop allows participants to move through a lot of material in a short time, experiencing powerful exercises to help identify old limiting beliefs and letting them go so that you can love yourself and others more fully. Working with each of the four aspects of ourselves - Mind, Body, Emotions and Spirit - all of the exercises are designed to help the healing process. We will go into ourselves deeply to break through the layers of old conditioning and find the beauty inside.
